[Video] First Decree~

[The feed flickers to life and there is a curious blonde staring into the camera, tilting his head curiously. Or one can only assume he's staring, it was a bit hard to tell with flippy bangs hanging low over his eyes after all. A wide smile is on his face and while it looks friendly enough, there is something a little.... odd about it maybe.]

Well, since the Prince's phone, which is much much nicer than this one by the way, is not working, I'll resort to this.

I'm a little... ushishishi, lost apparently. Would anyone like to help me out? There are an awful lot of names on this contact list, surely someone will, yeah~?

[He isn't going to comment on the few names he recognizes on the mystery phone, all boring names anyway. But if all else fails, he knows there is a Vongola ally he can reach, a Millefiore traitor, and then the Millefiore bastard himself...

Bel wasn't so stupid to go after that one himself though. Oh no no. So he'll wait and see first.]

Well, those flames are a lot stronger than I thought.But don't you want to see me die? Or perhaps, you're interested to see if I will live?

[Schro's eyes look to the levitating knives, but were they really levitating or was it come trick.]

Boy, the prince has a lot of tricks up his sleeves. But since I'm curious, I'll ask nicely. Pretty please with milk and catnip on top~

[Okay, definitely not as annoying as Fran, he decides. This was fun!]

Well, since you did ask so very nice.

[The knives circle around in a patternt threateningly before suddenly shooting out in a spray at the catboy, though none of them were ignited with the strange red flames before he sent them off. No, he was waiting to show off, of course.]

[The onslaught of knives came toward Schrodinger and the catboy didn't bat an eye. He just grinned as he was seemingly pierced by the knives.Blood was everywhere at this point, there was a slight line running down his chin too. But this didn't deter the feline from smirking.]

Oh my, that was close. I guess I should stop playing around.Hmmm~

[In the blank of an eye,Schrodinger is completely unscathed. There's no signs of blood, decay or even any evidence of knives embedding him like a pin cushion, besides the fact that catboy has all Belphegor's knives in his hand,fanned out for the other to see.

The blonde catboy seems to have noticed something.]

Oh I see, you don't only use knives. Very clever, Prince.

Of course I'm clever. Che. I'm a genius.

How... [The man scoffs and frowns faintly, considering whether he wanted to pull out Mink just to teach the catboy a lesson. Or to see what would happen. Both were equally motivating.]

Are you an illusionist then? [It hadn't seemed like illusions, but as he'd heard many times, once you believed the illusion, it was hard to tell what was truth and what was not.] And you better return each and every one of those~

[He left the "or else" off, too obvious to voice.]

Illusionist? [Schrodinger mulled over that and shook his head.] No, it's not a matter of the tricking the eye or the mind. The only influence I hold is myself.

Let's put it this way, Prince. I'm unique. [He then looks to the knives, the blonde seemed attached to them. He offers them to Belphegor.] And here, I think I made my point.

[Behind all that blonde hair, he blinks a few times then strides over to take the knives back, deciding he's rather pleased. He still wanted to shred him apart, but it wouldn't hurt to wait. Besides, he didn't want to start all the way over.]

Unique is definitely a word for it. You're pretty entertaining too~ For now, I think I've made mine as well. But next time ushishishi, I'll have a new surprise for you.

[ It was fun playing with Bel, although it seemed as if the other was trying to kill him. It still was fun for him, people were trying to kill him all the time.]

So Prince, what kind of place do you come from? A fairytale book?

[Since Bel had royalty and illusionists...it must be a fantasy world.]

The Prince made a fairytale happy ending for himself, but my world isn't nearly so predictable to just be all happily ever afters, ushishishishi!

I have to say, the mafia has been pretty fun~ And I only work with the best of the best, you know. Even if some of them are really annoying. Hopefully they'll die soon.

I would just do it myself, [Shrugs a bit] but Boss can be scary when he wants to be, so the Prince will let him have his idiots if he wants them around so bad. Until they're useless. Then he'll do it himself. [Laughs again at the thought. He would have loved to have taken out Rasiel himself again, but he was more sore about missing Xanxus do it honestly~]

Mafia? You're European? Italian, even? That makes me happy. [ Since Italy was an ally of Germany at one point.]

I know how that is. In the army I was in there were a couple of people I wished was gotten rid of. But everyone person serves a purpose. Whether it be cannon fodder or as an actually solider.

They're based in Italy and that's where I've lived since... [Hmmms and taps his cheek a little.] I was eight. [Shrugs his shoulders a bit.] The Prince is a prince of his own kingdom though, obviously.

Ushishishishishi~~ Cannon fodder, I like that! They are good for that usually. Or distractions.

[Griiiiiiins] Or target practice.

Well of course a prince has to have his own kingdom, or else he wouldn't be a prince.~

[Schrodinger smirks.] I've been used for target practice a couple of times, but I was nowhere near expendable.My purpose was very important.

Well, you're clearly unique in that you're reusable target practice already. And you're not nearly stupid or annoying enough to be used just for that.

What about your "world" if that's really how things work here? Is it full of cat people? [Laughs again and reaches out to poke at one of Schrodinger's ears.]

[Schro's ears twitched at being poked. It was real, alright, if Belphegor was wondering.]

My world? Well, my world is mostly of humans. And I'm the only cat person I've encountered there. But besides humans, there's what is left of the vampire and werewolf population.Which probably was a handful. Since humans have been killing them off for a while.

[He was wondering how real they were, but also, just having fun poking at them. He does so again, laughing a bit.]

Vampires and werewolves? Ushishishi~ Sounds like the fairytale to me. Fun too~

[Schro smirked at having his ears poked. He didn't mind, because that was pretty tame from how their usually treated in his world.]

Well it's nothing like a fairytale. It is fun though. Those creatures make my world a lot more interesting. But of course, I had a lot of fun in my world because of my Major.

Your Major, eh? Ushishishi. Things are certainly going to be pretty boring here without the Boss, so the Prince understands a bit.

Tell me about him though~

[The easy grin and amusement in his voice weren't always the best of indicators when it came to Belphegor that he no longer felt like a fight, but at least for the moment, he was quite finished. More curious than anything else.]

The Major is a commanding officer from Germany, where I came from. He was in charge of a special project to ensure that we won the war, but we were foiled in our plans. So the Major and the rest of his group went into hiding for a long time. Though, my Major is no ordinary man...actually he's no longer a human. But it takes a special man to keep up morale of an army of thousand in fifty years.

[The cat boy shrugged his shoulders.] My Major is kind of like a father figure to me. He was the one who gave me a purpose and it's for the Major that I exist. He understands more than anyone, even better than my creator. But to be truthful, the major is a fatty that needs to go on a diet. He's selfish wanting to pull everyone down to his deluded whims and he's self loathing. But I still like him all the same. Major is Major.

[Bel listens only to give off a long string of laughter after Schrodinger is finished.] He sounds interesting, I'll give you that.

Say, when you say "the war" ... you mean World War II, yeah? Nazis? Alliance with Italy and Japan and all that? Just how old are you?

Yes,I mean that war. And I was created a little before the World War II started, so over fifty in human years. But the truth is I don't age at all.

[The blonde head turns this way and that, clearly glancing around before he shoves his hands into his pockets.] The Prince wants a shower. And dessert. And bed... In that order.
