[Video] First Decree~

[The feed flickers to life and there is a curious blonde staring into the camera, tilting his head curiously. Or one can only assume he's staring, it was a bit hard to tell with flippy bangs hanging low over his eyes after all. A wide smile is on his face and while it looks friendly enough, there is something a little.... odd about it maybe.]

Well, since the Prince's phone, which is much much nicer than this one by the way, is not working, I'll resort to this.

I'm a little... ushishishi, lost apparently. Would anyone like to help me out? There are an awful lot of names on this contact list, surely someone will, yeah~?

[He isn't going to comment on the few names he recognizes on the mystery phone, all boring names anyway. But if all else fails, he knows there is a Vongola ally he can reach, a Millefiore traitor, and then the Millefiore bastard himself...

Bel wasn't so stupid to go after that one himself though. Oh no no. So he'll wait and see first.]

My job is to travel to different worlds and defeat the Darkness that has invaded. [Among other things.] This.. Is a sort of Dream World, unfortunately; Somarium. I don't really know how it works, but there's a theory it feeds off of the dreams of it's citizens.

These devices, the one we're talking over. They.. sometimes record our dreams and broadcast them across the network. [So be careful, yo.]

[One can only imagine that the long silence and neutral expression on his lips meant Bel is giving her a long blank stare, but who knew really behind that hair of his. After a few long moments though he laughs.]

Ushishishi~ Really is a dream world then?

And you travel to different worlds and fight "darkness," huh? And supposedly this piece of junk old-looking phone will record dreams?

Yes... It's happened to me just recently. One of my dreams was recorded as I was sleeping, and everyone saw it. [Disgruntled.]

Most of them are, but sometimes you'll see videos of strange things, only to find the dreamer waking up in the end. [And boo, she feels poorly for all who have gone through such things.]

If I look through this log of recent broadcasts then, I'm sure to see a few dreams, huh? Very helpful.

So, the Prince is wondering...ushishi what's with all the black ice? Is that what you're here to fight off? [The amusement is clear in his tone and he makes no effort to hide it.]

That's right. [Urgh, please don't. She has her own in there, and she's had enough people snooping.]

The black ice? Oh- The weather here is sometimes.. strange. I don't think it has anything to do with the Darkness. [A beat] I don't think there's any here. Not.. that I can fight. [No unversed in the slightest.]

[He will be looking especially for her dream, no worries!]

What kind of "Darkness" do you fight then?

No, it's not. Winter here has.. been pretty normal. Lots of snow and blizzards, but this black ice is the strangest.

The Darkness I fight is ... What opposes the Light. Darkness lives in everyone's heart, and lately it's been becoming tangible in the form of monsters called Unversed. Negative Emotions.

[It's so very funny though because he wonders what one from himself would be capable of. Or the Boss! Ahhh, he wanted to see! Though, that was assuming she wasn't just crazy, of course. Either way, he was far too entertained and it was help pass the time on his little trek into Somni.]
